Casa Del Mar is an adorable 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house 1 block in from Pleasure Point in Capitola, CA ( just south of Santa Cruz ). Because of the mild ocean climate the house has the quintessential California feeling of lushness with many beautiful plants and flowers surrounding the house. The house has an abundance of light with lots of windows and evening sun shining through from the back porch. The livingroom has a brand new Wide Screen HDTV ! and a bright yet cozy feeling.  If the fog rolls in the natural wood fireplace in the living room can help keep things cozy for vacationers. The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals for the family and it has tall ceilings and a skylight. The bedrooms are all comfortable and cozy at the same time. The best part of Casa Del Mar is the great feeling you get when the brilliant California Sun comes beaming through the large double doors leading from the living room to the lush porch setting. Its a wonderful way to have a home away from home close to the beach in a quiet inviting setting. To make it even more quiet the house is not on a through street. As a result you rarely hear the sound of passing cars day or night.
