The Classic Cabin
The Classic Cabin is ideal for 2 to 4 people. If you have a group of 4 to 6 Please consider the Classic Cabin Package. The Classic Cabin Package includes an additional detached Cabin for a total number of beds that can comfortably sleep 6 with a full bed and 2 bunk beds in the main Cabin as well as a queen size bed in the detached cabin. The Main Cabin can comfortably sleep 4.

Tour and Description
The Classic Cabin is simply One Of a Kind. It
was built in the early 1900s shortly after the Old Growth forests of Santa Cruz
and Santa Clara county were harvested to build San Francisco. It is a historical
monument that has actually been featured in a nationally syndicated magazine.
From the Creek below, to the Stone Bridge over it and the paths to the house, to
the incredible old world warmth
the Classic Cabin is the place
to come
to regain
some inner peace.
You won't be roughing it because it does have a full bathroom,
Gas Refrigerator, Classic Gas Stove and Oven, running water, wood heat, phone
and DVD player, but it doesn't have a few things. It doesn't have, Cable TV or
Satellite and it doesn't have high speed internet. To put it simply if you'd
like to temporarily cut the umbilical cord of modern day fast-paced trappings,
the Classic Cabin 
is the perfect place for you. Whether its a honeymoon, a
temporary creative retreat, an anniversary, or simply a retreat to rewind the
Classic Cabin will fill the bill.
Only a half mile off the beaten path ( highway
152 ) the Cabin is on a hillside overlooking the road 
and the year round creek.
Leading up to the Cabin is beautiful path 
through a peaceful picnic 
area
with a natural 
outside barbecue grill. 
There
is a stone patio 
as
you enter the Cabin from the Side.
To the left is the classically
furnished
kitchen.
There 
are no cabinets.
All the pots pans and utensils are hung from the roof as
they did it in the past
. The dining room
and
living room
are adjoined 
and
have a very classic feeling. 
There are antique tables 
and
furnishings throughout. The living room is
very comfortable. The Gas/Wood
fireplace 
heats
the whole house 
and provides incredible ambience.
Out front is a long wooden porch 
with
overhanging logs 
perfect
for a little outdoor meditation. 
In
the back is a comfortable old world bedroom 
with
a queen size bed, a full
bathroom 
and
another small room for storing your things. The only sounds are the constantly
sounds of the creek and forest. It would be hard to find a place that offers
more in terms of a retreat the cares of life.
