Cozy Rio 

The Cozy Rio Vacation rental is just that : A very Cozy and adorable house in the heart of the Rio Del Mar Beach Community which is just south of Santa Cruz and Capitola. This is a gorgeous area with everything you could need especially miles of beaches !! Once you get to the house you don't need to drive anywhere. Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Convenience Stores, Lounges, Beaches and even a CEMENT SHIP are all within easy walking distance. The house itself has a wonderful design that fits right into the hillside looking down over the Rio Del Mar beach community. There ARE a few steps but they are worth taking. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, 3 decks, a hot tub and 2 flat screen TVS as well 2 more TVs in the 2 of the bedrooms. The Coziness of the design is truly inviting. 

Upon entering the house there is a washer/dryer utility room with a half bath. Also, near the entry is a full shower for rinsing off the beach sand. Up the stairs and into the living you are struck but the beautiful decor of the living room. It has a small dinette area a deck of its own looking down on the Pool at the Rio Sands hotel. The living room itself has a large flat screen on one wall, a beautiful wood fireplace in the cornerwith stone walls behind it. The sofa bed and recliner make a great spot for congregating as well as the adjoining kitchen bar area. Walk straight back from the kitchen and you'll find a large full bathroom with walk in shower area. . Follow the hallway back and you'll find a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed, closets and its own cable TV set. . There are numerous windows through out the house and from any room and any stairway you get a great view of Rio Del Mar and the beach in the near distance. Up the stairs again and you'll find the Master Bedroom which has it all; a comfy queen bed, sliding glass doors, a deck of its own and of course a large master bathroom with a walk in shower. . Dont forget the large new flatscreen TV !! . Follow the walk way to the back and up the stairs and last but certainly not least you'll find the intimate back room with its own TV, Queen Bed, Deck and soothing Hot Tub.. The Cozy Rio gives you all you need, a beautiful house in a quiet area within easy walking distance of some incredible beaches.
