that you have demanding schedules. We do ask that you let

encourage mid afternoon. For departure we encourage noon or earlier. This
allows us time to get the cleaning done in time for the next guests.

even a large gathering with a big feast, however if there is anything extra
you may need please let us know and we'll get those items for you. Once in a
while we get an odd request and are only happy to oblige.

and safety reasons.

- PETS - We do not allow pets of any kind at most of our
homes. This is strictly for allergy reasons. Please make other
arrangements for your pets.
- Drive Times - This has everything to do with commuter
traffic. The Santa Cruz area has very heavy south bound Hiway 1 traffic
between 3 and 6 pm. It has very heavy north bound traffic between 8 and 11
am. This is also true for Hiway 17. In ideal driving conditions the Cabin,
Ranch and Bungalow are a little over an hour from the San Jose area and
about 45 minutes from Monterey. Places in the Santa Cruz area are about 30
to 40 minutes from San Jose, an hour or more to the Bay Area. On a Friday afternoon any time of the year
Hiway 17 southbound becomes very congested due to city people flocking to
Santa Cruz to have a little recreation, especially during the Boardwalk high
season.
