The Santa Cruz Harbor
House is an adorable New England style house with a beautiful white picket
fenced-in yard 
"perfect
for families". And to make the house even more special is that it is in an
incredible location. In one direction the Harbor itself is a stone's throw away
and
in the other direction the Ocean is at the end of the block. Because it is
nestled in the small residential area near the harbor and not on a main street
it is quiet and there is little traffic. 
The beauty of a stylish inviting house like this is that once you get to Santa
Cruz you can park the car and spend the rest of your time lollygagging around
enjoying the sights of the Santa Cruz Harbor 
and
Twin Lakes beach. 
The
house has everything you need: an adorable living room
with a
warm fireplace,
a quaint kitchen that looks out over the front porch and even has its own view
of the harbor. 
The
appliances and decor are warm and classically styled. 
It

This is probably the biggest yard in the area. In the back yard
is a brand new jacuzzi as well. The sizeable fenced in yard makes this house
especially nice for families with small children. From the living room you take
the small stair case up to the second floor area.

addition there is a nice view of the ocean from the upstairs master
bedroom. 
There are 2 equally tasteful bathrooms, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. In
addition to the down home feeling there is high speed internet, cable
entertainment and all the modern conveniences. All things considered this house
is an incredible family vacation home value. The only problem you may find
with the Harbor house is that you'll never want to leave !!
