The Harbor House can sleep 9 people comfortably. There is a queen size bedroom in the upstairs master bedroom. Across from the master is a cute kids room with 3 twin beds ( 1 is a pull out ). Downstairs there is another comfortable bedroom with a queen size bed. Also downstairs there is another comfortable room with a full size bed with a pull out twin. In summary there are 2 queen beds, 4 twin beds and a full size.
