This property is ideal for an extended family (i.e., family + parent-in-laws), two families, or one family who would enjoy the benefit of two separate cottages. Cottages are rented together as one unit. They can comfortably sleep 8 with 3 bedrooms, queen size sleeper/sofa and 2 full bathrooms.

Cozy front cottage (Cottage #1) includes a comfortable queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Wonderfully open floor plan allows easy movement between sleeping, living and kitchen areas. Narrow bathroom with shower not recommended for people with difficulty navigating smaller spaces. Fabulous deck for dining, relaxing and enjoying the ocean view and sunset.

The back cottage (Cottage #2) has two bedrooms (one with a comfortable queen bed and the other with twin sized bunk beds, bathroom with combination shower and tub, kitchen, living / dining room, and outdoor patio with BBQ.

Both units have a warm outdoor shower and a washer/dryer. The cottages also have a nice long driveway to make parking easy. You can easily park 2 cars off the street using the fenced driveway.
