PENDING

A Yellow box signifies that there is a pending booking for this date. The date IS still available however it is important to know that it may be booked within a day two . It should also be noted that we operate on a first-come-first-serve basis. The first customer to lock in a booking with a refundable deposit is guaranteed the spot on the calendar.

PENDING CRITERIA : When a request comes in it is automatically deemed "pending". It goes away if it becomes "aged-out". In other words the customer has not called back for a week or more. It also goes away if another booking gets booked on top of it. Our main reason for showing "pendings" on the availability calendar is so that we don't have to disappoint people who call back and find out their dates are no longer available. The "yellow" box serves as an advisory to act promptly and lock in their dates with a deposit if they want a guarantee.
