Payment Policies :

Security Deposit to be paid at time of booking

Lease Payment to be paid 30 days prior to booking

Security Deposit returned within 14 days after stay

Cancellation Policies:

Security deposit is fully refundable if booking is cancelled more than 60 days prior to booking

Security deposit is non-refundable if booking is cancelled less than 60 days prior to booking

Lease payment is fully refundable if booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to booking

Lease payment is non-refundable if lease is cancelled less than 30 days prior to booking.

Refunds of Lease Payment or Security deposit are sent no sooner than 30 days after Cancellation.
