Twin Lakes Villa 

is a large beautiful house a few steps from the ocean in the Twin Lakes area of Santa Cruz. Twin Lakes is a stones throw from everything since its centrally located. The house is modern and beautiful with tile tubs and showers, vaulted ceilings, comfortable bedrooms, ,(including pull-man bunk beds in the downstairs back room), big Projector TV and gas fireplace in the main living room. Everything is open and roomy. Right off the kitchen is a balcony with an ocean view. The master bedroom has its own tile tub and shower as well as its own balcony. There are 2 large luxurious full baths and a half bath off the main hallway. At the top of the wide stair case there is a door to the roof where there is a large jacuzzi. The view from the roof is incredible. For large family get togethers the Twin Lakes House is the quintessential California Beach House.
